Personal data
The information submitted through the contact form — name, email address, company, phone number, sector, size and message — is used solely to respond to your request. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to the requests addressed to us. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Your message reaches us by email, through our sending provider Mailjet, and is kept in our mailbox. Our sending service, hosted on our own servers, keeps a copy of that email, with your message and contact details. Your name is also recorded in the notification that alerts our team to your message. To prevent abuse, your email address and IP address are kept in a sending counter. No account is created in your name.
Retention period: three years from the last contact in our mailbox, three months for the copy kept by our sending service, twelve hours for the sending counter. The name recorded in the notification is not deleted automatically. Deleted data may remain in our backups for up to twelve months.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to: contact@raphaelpiccolo.com
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. It measures its own audience and page usage with a tool hosted by R&M, with no transfer to third parties: page views, duration, scroll depth, clicks (element and text clicked), layout captures, and a recording of the browsing session (movements, clicks, input except passwords) to understand how the site and its demos are used. No IP address is stored: visitors are recognised by a fingerprint recomputed every day. If you arrive through a personalised link we sent you, an « _aid » cookie ties your visit to that link for one year. A technical cookie also remembers your language and, where applicable, your signed-in session.
