Data collected on the website
The contact form collects the information you enter: name, email address, company, phone number, industry, company size and the content of your message. None of these fields is obtained other than through your own input.
This data is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a commercial proposal. It is never used for automated prospecting.
The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, together with R&M's legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries addressed to it.
Data obtained from Google APIs
R&M operates internal applications that connect to Google services (Google Ads, Google Calendar) using the OAuth protocol. These applications are restricted to R&M's partners; they are neither sold nor made available to third parties.
When you authorise one of these applications, it accesses only the data strictly required for its function: reading performance reports and managing advertising campaigns for accounts already linked to our manager account, or reading and writing calendar events. These permissions are used for no other purpose.
Data from Google services is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models. Only the authentication tokens required for operation are stored, on our servers located in the European Union.
R&M's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may withdraw this authorisation at any time from your Google account permissions page, without having to notify us.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to R&M's partners. Our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) access it only to the extent required to perform their service and are bound by the same confidentiality.
No data is sold, rented or exchanged.
Retention period
Requests received through the form are kept for three years from the last exchange in our mailbox. Our email sending service, hosted on our own servers, keeps a copy of the email that forwards your request (message and contact details) for three months. Your name also appears in the notification that alerts our team to your message; it is not deleted automatically. Your email address and IP address are kept for twelve hours in a sending counter, to prevent abuse. No account is created in your name. Deleted data may remain in our backups for up to twelve months. Google authentication tokens are kept until the authorisation is revoked, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
These rights can be exercised by writing to: contact@raphaelpiccolo.com
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. It measures its own audience and page usage with a tool hosted by R&M, with no transfer to third parties: page views, duration, scroll depth, clicks (element and text clicked), layout captures, and a recording of the browsing session (movements, clicks, input except passwords) to understand how the site and its demos are used. No IP address is stored: visitors are recognised by a fingerprint recomputed every day. If you arrive through a personalised link we sent you, an « _aid » cookie ties your visit to that link for one year. A technical cookie also remembers your language and, where applicable, your signed-in session.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or in applicable regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page.
